Contact and scheduling
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, request type, and any message you choose to include. Please keep messages focused on contact and scheduling. You do not need to share medical records or sensitive personal details.
How your inquiry is handled
Your details are sent through our email service to Energizeology at energizeology@gmail.com so we can respond and arrange your session. Your email address is used as the reply address. This form does not save your inquiry in a website inquiry table or display it publicly. Copies may remain in the email service and organizer’s mailbox; automatic deletion is not currently implemented.
Form safeguards
The website checks submitted fields and uses a hidden spam field, a submission-time check, and an email retry identifier. These safeguards reduce unwanted submissions but do not guarantee that all spam is blocked.
Contributions
Contributions open a separate Stripe payment page. Payment details are handled there, not by this inquiry form. Review Stripe’s privacy information on its payment page before contributing.
Questions or deletion requests
Email energizeology@gmail.com to ask about your inquiry or request deletion of the organizer’s copy. Copies held by service providers may be subject to their own retention practices.
